Family Therapy

Ophelia’s Place offers a free virtual parent- daughter group. Parent Daughter Circle is an 8-week group developed for girls, non-binary, gender nonconforming, and gender fluid folks and their parent/guardian to work together to strengthen their relationships. Therapists facilitating the group offer guided discussions, interactive skill-building activities, and creative expression. Youth and the adults in their lives often share that communication and connection can be challenging. This group works to change that, and participants regularly give feedback that the group has helped them build stronger, more engaged relationships with one another.
