Resources for Postpartum and Perinatal Mood and Anxiety
Hope for Mothers is a support group open to parents experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Support group meetings are offered both virtually and in person in Corvallis, Albany, and Lebanon. For more information email: [email protected] or call Mandy at 541.768.6908. Groups are free and offered in English and Spanish.
Maternal and Child Health Program is a free program offered to women who are pregnant as well as families of infants and children up to age five. This program provides maternity case management to navigate resources and other programs such as WIC as well as free routine home nurse visits to help with breastfeeding, weight checks, and provide support for caring for your infant. Old Mill Relief Nursery is a free and voluntary therapeutic early childhood program for children ages birth to six years old. This statewide home visiting program provides case management and collaboration with parents to co-create goals to support parent-child relationships and increase natural supports. Parents have access to parenting classes and respite care. Ph: 541.757.8068.
